Snehaal has over 14 years of experience across various financial management and real estate advisory verticals. Highly-motivated and result-oriented real estate and finance manager with a proven track record.
She completed her Master’s degree in investment banking from MIT, and has vast knowledge about markets and trends in Real Estate. Her particular expertise is in mentorship, networking, corporate finance solutions, fundraising, building partnerships & asset-based lending, and joint ventures.

Shailesh Ramchandani
Shailesh is an MBA from SP Jain University and a seasoned mortgage banker with 18+ years of banking experience in NBAD, RAK & ADCB Bank. He believes in maintaining focus on clients and partner banks by ensuring quality service and transparency while establishing a strong culture of compliance.
A balanced professional with a detailed understanding of the real estate market, mortgage business, process, and risks. He has completed his CFA level 2.
